Women, do you ever consider getting on the treadmill instead of putting on makeup?

Posted by: admin  :  Category: skin on

Do you realize that you would be more attractive if you spent your time exercising instead of in front of the mirror putting on a fake skin coating?

I put on my makeup while on the treadmill.

what is with the skin on my forehead ?

Posted by: admin  :  Category: skin on

the skin on my forehead, underneath like 5 extremely small pimples is very red. when i try to put make-up on it to reduce the look of redness, it just slides off. is it from what i have been using for the pimples? i have been using rubbing alcohol and a cleanser. but it came there WAY before i started using that. will it go away if the pimples do ? and if not what WILL make it go away ?
thanks guys =]
xoxo loves yaa

Well, I’m not sure exactly about your condition, but most likely it’s some form of skin irritation. Don’t use rubbing alcohol! It will dry out your skin. Well, anyway, I asked my dermatologist about the similar irritation that I was getting on my forehead, and she said that most irritation on the forehead is cause by eating too late at night, Therefore, suggest that in order to renew your forehead, you should cut off all eating by 6:00 p.m., and you should not use such harsh chemicals on your skin. (the redness is probably cause by the rubbing alcohol)

I hope this helps :)

Getting Hit With A Paintball On Bare Skin?

Posted by: admin  :  Category: skin on

I know depending on distance how much it hurts but, overall what does it feel like? I Heard it is like getting snapped with a rubber band, or taking your pointer and middle finger and hitting yourself as hard as you can on the opposing arm. How would you explain it? By the way i am 13 years old so you know, i dont have the extra skin. THANKS!

just like a rubber band or getting snapped with a wet towel. after you get hit a few times it won’t hurt so much.

What is the best skin care product on the market?

Posted by: admin  :  Category: skin on

My skin seems to be acting up a little bit due to the weather. I have fairly normal skin, not excessively oily or dry. What’s the best product to keep away blemishes? I wash my face everyday in the shower with Wet and Wild skin care, but that’s obviously not working. Thanks!

if you want something form a drugstore buy clean and clear continuous control cleanser with the clean and clear advantage oil-free moisturizer. another thing you can do is go with all natural cleansers. try zyporex, its all natural and just for acne. it gives you a really clean feeling. natural can be the best thing because it doesnt contain harsh chemicals that can irritate your face rather than help.

How can I go from white skin to black skin with make-up for costume?

Posted by: admin  :  Category: skin on

For a costume I want to make my skin look black. I have white skin and am wondering what type of make up or paint or whatever I need to make it look like I really have black skin. What type of make up was used on that one show "Black. White" where a white family and black family switched races by make up? This is the type of effect I am looking for. Thanks for any help!

There are several shades of black used on stage. Max Factor is what was used in a production I served in. (Finian’s Rainbow)
It does not wash off easily, and true blacks not involved in the "show" might well find it patronizing and be offended.

What could a cause of skin peeling on the inner thigh near the vagina?

Posted by: admin  :  Category: skin on

I don’t know exactly how to describe this, but in the inner thigh region my skin is peeling. I have been using diaper rash cream. So now on these inside corners of my legs and spreading on to like, the skin of my nether regions, I have not a rash, but peeling skin that is reddish/purple. It actually appears as if my skin has been burned off. I am using the diaper rash cream and baby oil and it appears to be helping as far as irritation. But what could it be?

Sounds like you tanned nude and got burned. If not, see your GYNO.

What skin products should I use on my face?

Posted by: admin  :  Category: skin on

Here’s the thing, I have very sensative skin so I can’t use anything harsh at all on my face. Lately I’ve been getting red blotches on my face. I know that diet can have something to do with it but I’ve been eating normally, so I don’t think that’s had any effect. The stuff I use on my skin at the moment is cetaphil, that’s it. I want to know if anyone has any suggestions on how to get my skin looking healthy and non blotchy. Thanks.

Products actually differ from skin to skin. Depends what type of skin you’ve got whether its Oily, Normal Or Dry. Try using some mild face wash.

HERE ARE SOME TIPS HOW TO DEAL WITH SENSITIVE SKIN:

>> Problems Faced by People with Sensitive Skin

People with sensitive skin face many problems. The redness, irritation and blotchiness associated with sensitive skin can be uncomfortable and embarrassing. It can be annoying having to avoid everything that may cause sensitive skin to flare up. Providing the right sensitive skin care can be particularly difficult, as many skin products will have a negative effect.

NATURAL METHODS

Natural skin care can be an effective way of treating sensitive skin. Natural products are less likely to trigger the reaction that other products may have on sensitive skin. Here are some of the best natural ways to treat sensitive skin.

>> Food Intake and Hydration <<

Diet can play a big part in sensitive skin break outs. A healthy diet (containing plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables) will help skin look healthy. People with sensitive skin should pay attention to their diet and take note if any foods seem to trigger a sensitive skin reaction. Even some healthy foods may cause a reaction in some people, so do not discount these when you look at possible triggers. Hot and spicy foods are particularly likely to cause a negative effect.

People with healthy skin should also drink lots of water, which will help keep their skin hydrated. When skin is adequately hydrated, it is healthier and better able to fight off skin irritations.

>> Herbal Remedies <<

Herbal remedies are very good for sensitive skin, because they are free from the harsh chemicals that can cause skin problems. Generally, products that contain natural ingredients will be better for your skin and less likely to cause a sensitive skin reaction. Try the following remedies for some special sensitive skin care.

Use almond or jojoba oil to cleanse your face.

Comfrey steeped in water can make a good toner.

Make a facial exfoliate by mixing grapefruit with oatmeal.

Make a face mask out of fruit.

Cucumber and yoghurt also makes a good face mask for sensitive skin.

Licorice is a good product for sensitive skin. Look for skin care products that contain licorice.

Green tea has anti-inflammatory properties, which may help prevent sensitive skin reactions.

Aloe Vera can soothe skin that is red, irritated and blotchy. Apply directly to the skin.

Hope this helps!! =)

I have a painful pea size lump under my skin on my lower arm what could it be?

Posted by: admin  :  Category: skin on

It is likely to be a small cyst, as it is painful I would go and see your GP, who may feel he wants to remove it.
